Settled symphony, before a dusted dawn

a timid wind meanders from the sea.

Pulsing from the light of closed eyes,

Silence is for those with sharp sight.

Darkness is not one with the blind.

Silence is not absence.

It is the observation of that

which is typically over looked.

Calm.

Attention given to a demanding

Thum. Thum. Swelling.

To notice the meaning

behind a sentence cut short.

Calm,

is courage, not to be swept away.

Darkness isn't evil.

It is not rot, but a pursuit.

A search for understanding

that

which is present

but remains

unseen.

Peace is just as eager as I to run

beside the trouble that echos

within my

self.

Peace doesn't leave until I do.
